Devotional Message
Fear and faith cannot rule your heart at the same time. Fear focuses on the problem; faith focuses on God’s power.
Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly tells His people, “Fear not,” because His presence changes everything. David faced Goliath because he believed God was greater than the giant. Joshua entered the Promised Land because he trusted God’s promise.
Whenever fear tries to overwhelm you, remember who walks beside you. God has never abandoned His children and He never will.
Declaration
I refuse to be ruled by fear. The Lord is with me, strengthening and upholding me. My faith is greater than every challenge I face.
Prayer
Lord, remove every fear from my heart. Replace anxiety with peace and doubt with confidence. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on You instead of my circumstances. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
