How can you build a regular fitness routine?

I believe in doing small things consistently and this has been my principle in every sphere of life.

I started doing 10Pushups daily since January 2022, and take at least 10 footsteps once per week.

It kept me fit, I don’t go to the gym or do any heavy lifting.

My job requires I sit for long hours. So this has been helping me keep fit.
