One of the greatest indicators of future success is not intelligence, talent, or experience. It is humility.
A humble heart can learn from anyone.
It understands that wisdom is not confined to titles, age, or status. Every conversation carries a lesson. Every experience offers insight. Every person knows something you do not. Because of this, humble people remain teachable. They ask questions, listen carefully, and are never too accomplished to become students again.
A proud heart sees the world differently.
It filters every conversation through the need to appear knowledgeable. Instead of listening to understand, it listens to respond. Instead of receiving correction, it resists it. Instead of growing through others, it quietly isolates itself behind the illusion that it has already arrived.
