Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.
The risk I took, I do not regret.
After eighteen years in a land that was not mine, I knew the time had come to return home. But I did not return casually. I made two weighty decisions at once, the kind that can either shape a man or break him. I chose to relocate, and at the same time, I chose to marry.
There was no soft landing waiting for me. I sold everything I had, came back home, and began again from nothing. My new wife and I slept on the bare floor of a small hostel apartment. No comfort, no guarantees, just conviction. And I was not alone in responsibility. I had family members depending on me, and I carried them along in that uncertain season.
But when a man moves at the instruction of God, even the wilderness begins to answer him.
By His grace, and with the help of a committed team, we started an online radio station that now reaches over 2,500 listeners daily. From that same place of humble beginnings, a Bible college was birthed, and within two years, nearly one hundred pastors were trained and licensed. Recently, we took another step of faith and launched a community radio station.
None of this is by my strength. I do not take lightly what God has done. Every step has been mercy. Every open door has been His hand.
And to everyone who has stood with me in this journey, who believed, who supported, who labored alongside this vision, I am deeply grateful.
I am the founder of Logos Ouse International.
And this is what happens when a man chooses obedience over comfort.
