Do you vote in political elections?

In my country, voting feels like a ritual without power. The outcome often looks decided long before the people ever step into the queue. Hours are spent standing under the sun, only to watch the result bend in a direction that feels prearranged.

I have participated before. I cast my vote for someone whose vision was clear, whose plans gave many of us hope. But what happened afterward only reinforced what people already whispered… the system had its own agenda. The one who emerged didn’t feel like the people’s choice, but the system’s selection.

So something in me has shifted.

It’s not just frustration, it’s awakening. A realization that if I keep placing all my expectation on a broken structure, I will keep recycling the same disappointment.

Now I’m thinking differently.

If the system refuses to reflect the will of the people, then I must take responsibility for building a life that is not at the mercy of it. To create my own world… not in isolation, but in mastery. To focus on what I can build, influence, and control.

Because at some point, you stop waiting for a fair system… and you start becoming a man who cannot be limited by an unfair one.
